IPH Limited, a leading international intellectual property (IP) services group, announced its results for the half-year ended 31 December 2025 (HY26). Group revenue increased by 6.5% to $363.9m, reflecting a turnaround in Canada (including incremental acquisition revenue) and a return to growth in Asia, partially offset by a decline in Australia/New Zealand (ANZ). Underlying EBITDA increased by 6.6% to $107.1m, primarily driven by improved earnings in Canada (including acquisition) and Asia, as well as cost discipline. Statutory NPAT increased by 10.5% to $41.2m, driven by increased underlying earnings and a reduction in non-underlying costs compared to the prior corresponding period. The company declared an interim dividend of 19.0 cents per share, up 11.8% on the prior corresponding period. IPH continues to generate strong cash flow, with an EBITDA to operating gross cash flow conversion ratio of 101%. The company's focus for FY26 includes optimizing its network of member firms, leveraging its integrated platform in Canada, capitalizing on its market-leading position in Asia, and targeting primary IP markets outside the US for its ANZ business. IPH also announced an on-market share buy-back program to commence on 9 March 2026, providing additional capital management flexibility.
