MA Financial Group Ltd has released its Appendix 4E and financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from ordinary activities increased by 36.1% to $1,219.9 million, while total income grew by 51.6% to $874.2 million compared to the previous corresponding period. However, profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to ordinary equity holders declined by 75.1% to $10.4 million. Net profit after tax attributable to ordinary equity holders also decreased by 75.1% to $10.4 million, and total comprehensive income attributable to ordinary equity holders was down 62.1% to $16.8 million. The company has declared a final dividend of 14 cents per share, with a record date of 25 February 2026 and payment date of 17 March 2026. The net tangible assets per ordinary share, excluding goodwill, deferred tax assets and liabilities, and other intangible assets, was $1.42 as of 31 December 2025, down from $1.47 in the previous year.
