Boom Logistics has reported a statutory net profit of $5.2 million for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, with revenue up 8% to $142.2 million. The company's underlying net profit, which excludes significant transactions, increased by 32% to $6.6 million. Operational highlights include a total recordable injury frequency rate of 3.8 per million hours worked, operational labour efficiency of 85%, and asset utilisation of 85%. The company has continued to strengthen its balance sheet, with closing cash of $25.5 million and a reduction in interest-bearing liabilities to $9.6 million. During the half-year, Boom paid a final FY25 dividend of 2 cents per share and conducted an on-market share buyback program, reflecting its focus on capital management and shareholder returns.
