HITIQ Ltd has requested an immediate trading halt in its securities on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) pending the release of an announcement regarding a potential inadvertent non-lodgement of cleansing notices in relation to ordinary shares and listed options issued by the company. The company expects to make the announcement to the market before the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 24 February 2026. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on that date or the release of the announcement. HITIQ has stated that the trading halt is necessary to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations. The company is not aware of any other reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
