GenusPlus Reports Record H1 FY2026 Results

GenusPlus Group Ltd (ASX: GNP), a national essential power and communications infrastructure provider, has reported exceptional financial results for the first half of FY2026. The company achieved record revenue of $535.4 million, up 61% from $332.9 million in the prior corresponding period (PCP). Normalised EBITDA also reached a record $46.3 million, a 69% increase from $27.4 million in the PCP. Net profit after tax (NPAT) grew by an impressive 82% to $24.9 million, up from $13.7 million in the PCP. The company maintained a strong liquidity position, with a cash balance of $178.1 million and net cash of $127.0 million. GenusPlus' orderbook reached a record $2.4 billion, excluding recurring revenue, and the company expects recurring revenue to grow by 20% in FY2026 from $311 million in FY2025. The company's growth strategy, which has focused on expanding its east coast presence and diversifying its capabilities, has been successful, with the east coast contributing 36% of the group's revenue in the first half of FY2026. GenusPlus is well-positioned to participate in the significant opportunities presented by the transition of Australia's energy network from traditional sources to renewable energy, with a strong tendered pipeline of $2.6 billion.
GenusPlus is re-iterating previous guidance of circa 35% growth in EBITDA in FY2026.
