Bapcor Ltd has requested a voluntary suspension from ASX quotation, effective immediately, under Listing Rule 17.2. The suspension is pending the release of a material trading update for 2H FY26 and a financial update, as well as a potential capital raising. Bapcor has requested the suspension remain in place until the earlier of the company making an announcement regarding a potential capital raising, or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 26 February 2026. Bapcor notes that the suspension will not be lifted until the trading day after the 1H FY26 financial statements are released to the market, which is currently scheduled for Wednesday, 25 February 2026. The company states it is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
