Steadfast Group Limited (ASX:SDF) announces that Mr Robert Kelly AM has advised the Board of his intention to retire as the Company's Managing Director & CEO. Mr Kelly co-founded Steadfast Group in 1996 and led the Company's listing on the ASX in 2013. Under his stewardship, Steadfast has transformed into Australasia's largest general insurance broker network and group of underwriting agencies, and expanded internationally. The Board has engaged Spencer Stuart to support a comprehensive search process to appoint a new Group CEO, with internal and external candidates being considered. It is intended that Mr Kelly will remain on the Board after his retirement and transition to a non-executive director role, to ensure continuity of industry relationships and an orderly transition. Steadfast Chair, Ms Vicki Allen, paid tribute to Mr Kelly's leadership and contribution in enabling Steadfast to grow into its current position.
