EBOS Group Ltd has reported its financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2025. Revenue increased by 13.0% to $6.77 billion, while earnings before depreciation, amortisation, net finance costs and tax expense (EBITDA) rose by 9.7% to $302.7 million. Profit before tax increased by 4.4% to $162.7 million, and net profit after tax (NPAT) attributable to owners of the Company grew by 13.0% to $124.8 million. The company's underlying EBITDA, EBIT, and NPAT also showed positive growth, although at lower rates than the reported figures. The company declared an interim dividend of 57.0 NZ cents per share, fully franked, payable on 27 March 2026. The company's dividend reinvestment plan will be operable for this dividend, with a 2% discount to the volume-weighted average sales price. EBOS also reported on its associate entities, with Animates NZ Holdings Limited being the only material associate, in which EBOS holds a 50% stake.
