SiteMinder Ltd reported a 25.5% increase in revenue to $131.1 million and a 65.6% reduction in loss to $4.8 million for the H1 FY26 period. The company saw strong growth in Annualised Recurring Revenue, up 27.4% on a constant currency and organic basis, driven by a 12.3% increase in properties to 53,000 and a 4.5% rise in subscription ARPU to $257 per month. Transaction revenue grew 39.1% to $53 million, with the uptake of transaction products increasing 30.7% to 40,000. The company maintained strong cost discipline, with total expenses up 14.6% while adjusted expenses (excluding non-operational items) increased 18.8%, both below the rate of revenue growth. This resulted in an improvement in EBITDA to a $11.5 million profit compared to $0.3 million in the prior period.
