Fenix Resources Ltd has released its Appendix 4D for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, reporting strong financial results. Revenue from continuing operations increased by 125% to $294,185,698, up from $130,973,502 in the prior corresponding period. Profit after income tax expense from continuing operations attributable to owners also increased significantly, up 419% to $9,723,841 from $1,874,310 in the prior corresponding period. Net profit attributable to owners likewise increased by 419% to $9,723,841. The company's net tangible assets per ordinary share increased to $0.21 as at 31 December 2025, up from $0.20 as at 31 December 2024. Fenix's dividend policy remains in place, with the company committed to rewarding shareholders by the payment of a dividend when appropriate. There were no entities over which control has been gained or lost during the period.
