Hazer Group Ltd ('Hazer' or 'the Company') (ASX: HZR) has announced its interim results for the half-year ended 31 December 2025 ('H1 FY26'). The company has delivered a strong start to the financial year, across operational and financial activities. Key corporate highlights include KBR launching a global marketing and licensing campaign for Hazer technology, securing the first Hazer-KBR joint project with UK Government backed EnergyPathways, being selected by M Resources for their Whyalla clean steel bid, and extending the strategic partnership with POSCO following successful graphite testing results. Key financial highlights include a $17.2 million funding position with $14.8 million cash, revenue of $1.5 million from the first 6 months of FY26, and a 27% reduction in operating costs. The company's FY26 outlook and priorities include converting the pipeline to license agreements, delivering FID ready projects, monetising Hazer's graphite, and exploring new strategic partnerships and demand sectors.
Hazer targets multiple projects and license agreements that leverage the extensive deal pipeline and KBR's global sales force. The Process Design Package remains on track for completion in early 2026 and will support commercial scale-up, detailed customer engagement and project feasibility studies.
Hazer enters the second half of FY26 well placed to deliver key commercial milestones across both hydrogen and graphite. The company will focus on converting the growing pipeline into license agreements, advancing key projects through Front-End Engineering Design towards commercial contracts and Final Investment Decision, monetising Hazer's graphite, and exploring new strategic partnerships and demand sectors.
