Comms Group Ltd Reports Strong H1 FY2026 Results

Comms Group Ltd has reported a strong set of financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2025. The company recorded a 39.2% increase in revenue to $37.64 million, up from $27.05 million in the prior corresponding period. This included $8.91 million in revenue from the acquisition of TasmaNet in June 2025, as well as growth in the underlying Global, SME and ICT divisions. Underlying EBITDA increased by 87.5% to $4.48 million, up from $2.39 million in the prior corresponding period. All three divisions recorded significant increases in Underlying EBITDA. The Group's cash position at 31 December 2025 was $4.01 million, an increase of $1.29 million from 31 December 2024. The company has also announced the payment of a fully franked interim dividend of 0.125 cents per share for the period. Subsequent to the reporting period, Comms Group finalised a new $8 million term loan facility with Westpac Banking Corporation to assist in funding future acquisitions.
