Kingsgate Declares 10 Cent Interim Dividend
- Interim dividend of 10 cents per share (unfranked)
- Follows strong 1H26 financial results with record $88.1M net profit
- Reflects Kingsgate's improving operational performance and financial position
Kingsgate Consolidated Limited (ASX:KCN) has announced that its Board has declared an interim dividend of 10 cents per share (unfranked), payable to all shareholders. This interim dividend declaration follows the release of the company's half-year results for the period ended 31 December 2025, which showed a record net profit of $88.1 million. The dividend payment is a result of the ongoing successful ramp-up of the Chatree Gold Mine, supported by higher gold and silver prices. In determining the dividend, the Board considered Kingsgate's strong half-year financial performance, strengthened balance sheet, and positive forecast cash flows. The key dates for the dividend are: record date (books close) of 17 March 2026, ex-dividend date of 16 March 2026, and payment date of 10 April 2026. Kingsgate's Executive Chairman, Ross Smyth-Kirk OAM, stated that the Board is delighted to reward shareholders with this interim dividend, reflecting the company's improving operational performance and strong financial position in the first half of 2026.
