Yancoal Australia Ltd has released its Coal Resources and Coal Reserves statement for the year ending 31 December 2025. On an attributable basis, Yancoal's total year-end 2025 Coal Resources remained stable at 4,400Mt. Recoverable Proved and Probable Coal Reserves decreased by 7.6% to 850Mt, while Marketable Proved and Probable Coal Reserves decreased by 5.9% to 640Mt. The Coal Resources and Coal Reserves statement was produced in accordance with the JORC Code, with commodity prices and exchange rates based on Yancoal's long-term forecasts. The Coal Reserves are all held within existing, fully permitted mining leases or areas under applications to become mining leases. The Competent Persons responsible for the reports are independent consultants, apart from a few reports compiled by Yancoal employees. Yancoal is not aware of any new information or data that materially affects the information included in this report, and all material assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the estimates continue to apply and have not materially changed.
