Full Summary

Acusensus Limited (ASX:ACE), a technology company designing and developing artificial intelligence enabled road safety solutions, has announced the expansion of its existing agreement for fixed site multi-function enforcement in Western Australia. The initial program saw fixed safety camera technology deployed on the Mitchell Freeway and the Kwinana Freeway to detect a range of road traffic offences, including mobile phone use, seatbelt compliance, speeding, 'red X' lane violations and unlicensed vehicles. This expansion will see the new fixed solutions progressively deployed throughout the state from the second half of 2026 and throughout 2027. The incremental contract value associated with this contract variation is expected to total approximately $11.2 million (excluding GST). This variation follows the expansion and extension of the multi-function trailer-based enforcement program in Western Australia, which Acusensus announced earlier this month, with a total incremental contract value of approximately $13 million (excluding GST). Acusensus Founder and Managing Director, Alexander Jannink, said: 'Following the expansion of the trailer-based multi-function enforcement contract with the Road Safety Commission earlier this month, we are delighted to also be progressing the fixed site expansion with this new variation. We are pleased that our ongoing partnerships with the WA Road Safety Commission will assist its ability to enforce key road safety behaviours.'
