EPX Limited (ASX: EPX) has reported its half-yearly results for the period ended 31 December 2025. Revenue was up 4.3% to $7.86 million, with recurring revenue-contracted increasing 10% to $7.33 million. However, the company reported a loss after tax of $2.63 million, up 56.3% from the prior corresponding period. Underlying EBITDA was a loss of $380,735, compared to a loss of $20,196 in the prior period. The company attributed the increased loss to one-off costs associated with exiting the Founder and former CTO, as well as redundancy costs. During the period, EPX acquired Wattwatchers Pty Ltd, a provider of real-time energy data and monitoring solutions, for $987,500. The company also raised $2 million in a private placement in August 2025 and a further $2.14 million in December 2025 to fund sales growth, M&A opportunities, and operational improvements.
