Full Summary

During the half-year ended 31 December 2025, Cettire continued to execute on its global growth opportunity with an increased emphasis on profitable growth. Notwithstanding continued softness in demand in the global luxury market, Cettire's business model demonstrated resilience through this challenging industry backdrop. Key developments included a 17% increase in average order value to $961, strong revenue retention with 69% of gross revenue generated by returning customers, and a significant enhancement in product breadth and availability with published in-stock products increasing to ~323,000 in December 2025 from ~200,000 in December 2024. However, active customers decreased by 12% to 613,078, reflecting softer demand in the U.S. market due to a combination of reduced consumer spending and uncertainty caused by changes in U.S. trade policy. Sales revenue for the half-year was $382.8 million, a decrease of 3% on the prior corresponding period. Statutory gross profit decreased to $54.8 million, primarily driven by higher fulfilment costs as a result of higher duties attachment rates on shipments to the U.S. Advertising and marketing expense decreased to $17.9 million as the business moderated growth investment due to softer industry conditions. Statutory net loss for the half-year was $1.1 million, driven primarily by the decline in gross profit.
