TasFoods Limited (ASX:TFL) has advised that there will be a delay in the lodging of its audited financial statements and annual report for the period ended 31 December 2025. The delay is due to additional time required to finalise the financial statements and annual report for the period ended 31 December 2025, together with a proposed sale transaction that is of a material nature to the Company and is incomplete, confidential and market sensitive. The Company expects to lodge the audited financial statements and annual report in the coming 1-4 weeks. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.5, the Company anticipates that its shares will remain suspended from trading, due to the non-lodgement of the report by the deadline. The suspension will remain in place until the audited financial statements and annual report is released to the market.
