Ora Banda Mining Ltd has reported a strong financial performance for the six months ended 31 December 2025, with revenue increasing 80.4% to $336.3 million and net profit after tax up 89.4% to $96.3 million compared to the prior corresponding period. The improved results were driven by a 31% increase in total equivalent gold sold to 62,583 ounces and a 45% increase in the average realised gold price to $5,652 per ounce. Gold production at the Davyhurst Gold Project increased 10% to 52,212 ounces, with the Riverina and Sand King underground mines continuing to ramp up. The company also processed 179,571 tonnes of third-party ore through a toll milling arrangement, contributing an additional 10,419 ounces of attributed equivalent gold. On the operational front, the Davyhurst plant continued to perform well, with a 4% increase in recovery rates compared to the prior period. The company also made significant progress on its $73 million FY26 exploration strategy, with drilling programs at Riverina, Sand King, and Little Gem delivering positive results. Subsequent to the reporting period, the company announced additional investments to advance key growth projects, including a 3mtpa processing plant study, pre-production capital for the Waihi open pit, and an expansion of accommodation capacity.

The company remains focused on advancing its key growth projects and exploration programs to further expand its production profile and mineral resource base. The continued ramp-up of the Sand King underground mine and ongoing resource development work across the portfolio are expected to support the company's production and financial performance in the coming periods.
