AF Legal Group Ltd has reported a record half-year revenue of $17.8 million and its highest Normalised NPBT attributable to the owners of $1.263 million in H1 FY26. Profit attributable to shareholders increased at a higher rate than revenue, reflecting the continued success of the company's growth strategy and the operating leverage inherent in its relatively fixed cost base. Revenue growth was strong across all divisions and brands, with Family Law up 31% on the prior corresponding period, Contested Wills & Estates up 41%, and Criminal Law up 37% on the previous half. The company's people-first, practice-led culture has emerged as a meaningful competitive advantage, supporting the attraction and retention of high-quality legal talent. During the period, the company's Lawyer and Legal Support team grew by 32% relative to H1 FY25.
