Full Summary

Nagambie Resources Limited (ASX: NAG) has announced a 2026 Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for eligible shareholders. The SPP will allow shareholders registered as of 7:00 pm (AEDT) on Friday, 27 February 2026 to purchase between $1,000 and $30,000 worth of shares at a price of 1.3 cents per share, representing a 17.7% discount to the volume-weighted average price over the previous five trading days of 1.58 cents per share. The Company seeks to raise up to a maximum of $3.7 million under the SPP, which is not underwritten. The funds raised will enable Nagambie Resources to carry out an initial diamond drilling program at the Company's 100%-owned Whroo Mines Gold-Antimony Project and add to general working capital. The Company also provided an update on the proposed Alkane and Nagambie Joint Venture (ANJV), which could provide Nagambie with access to significant capital cost savings through the use of Alkane's existing Costerfield Mine processing plant, underground mobile equipment, maintenance facilities, and experienced workforce. Nagambie retains 100% ownership of the Whroo Mines Gold-Antimony Project and the Wandean Gold-Antimony Project, with Whroo now becoming the Company's primary exploration project.

Outlook

Nagambie considers the proposed ANJV could provide the company with access to significant capital cost savings through the use of Alkane's existing Costerfield Mine infrastructure and resources. The company will be able to apply the knowledge gained from the Nagambie Mine antimony-gold discovery to its highly prospective Whroo Mines Gold-Antimony Project, which now becomes Nagambie's primary exploration focus.
