Aurum hits high-grade gold at Napie, Cote d'Ivoire
- Multiple broad, shallow, high-grade gold intercepts from 30,000m drilling program at Napié Gold Project
- Drilling supports strategy to grow Napié resource toward critical mass for independent processing
- Aggressive 130,000m drilling program underway across Boundiali and Napié projects in 2026
Aurum Resources has confirmed multiple broad, shallow, high-grade gold intercepts from its ongoing 30,000m diamond drilling program at the 0.87Moz Napié Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The results focus on the Tchaga (0.54Moz @ 1.16 g/t Au) and Gogbala (0.32Moz @ 1.29 g/t Au) deposits and provide the final data ahead of the upcoming Napié Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update. Highlights include 19m @ 5.16 g/t Au from 146m, 21m @ 2.01 g/t Au from 157m, and 18.9m @ 2.59 g/t Au from 176.1m. Aurum's group gold resources currently stand at 3.90Moz, and the company plans a 130,000m drilling program across Boundiali and Napié in 2026 to fast-track both projects. The Napié results support a strategy to grow the resource toward the critical mass required for independent processing infrastructure, complementing the development focus on the Boundiali project where a Pre-Feasibility Study is in the final stages.
Aurum is targeting a global inventory milestone of >4Moz of gold this quarter, supported by a strong $40.2M balance sheet and a clear development pathway through the Boundiali PFS.
Aurum is leveraging its strong balance sheet and self-owned drill fleet to drive rapid resource conversion and economic de-risking at both the Boundiali and Napié projects in 2026, with a 130,000m drilling program underway.
