Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY, FRA:S1X), a leading provider of INTEGRATEDXR and AI-powered digital transformation solutions, has secured ~$4 million in new orders for its proprietary Algho AI platform since the start of February 2026. The orders cover deployments of conversational AI systems, enterprise automation modules, customer experience platforms, supply chain tools, and AI-driven process intelligence solutions. These new orders span 10 industry verticals, including HR, water utilities, rail transport, healthcare, food & hospitality, consumer electronics, procurement, education, and regional innovation, broadening the Company's revenue base and reducing concentration risk. The clients include the primary national passenger rail operator in Italy, a global leader in eye health and ophthalmic products, one of the main water utilities serving Tuscany, a major Italian restaurant group operating well-known casual dining chains, and a government grant for advanced AI-driven digital transformation and humanoid robotics integration. This result follows Vection's record H1 FY26 financial performance, with revenue of $17.4 million (+34%), gross margins of 56% (up from 42%), and a first-ever positive underlying EBITDA. The Company also reported $4.5 million in post-period wins and a commercial pipeline of ~$60 million overall under negotiation, with ~$30 million in contracted TCV. The breadth of sectors engaged reflects the versatility of the Algho AI platform and its capacity to address complex enterprise requirements across diverse operational environments.
For the second half of FY26, the new AI orders represent 87% of the total AI revenue that was booked for the whole of H1 FY26, underscoring the growing scalability of Vection's Algho AI platform.
