Seafarms Group Ltd (SFG) has been suspended from quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) due to a breach of Listing Rule 12.2 on financial condition. The suspension was initially imposed on 2 March 2026 after SFG failed to lodge its Half Year Report for the period ended 31 December 2025. SFG subsequently lodged the report on 16 March 2026, but ASX has determined that SFG's financial condition is not adequate to warrant the continued quotation of its securities. In making this decision, ASX has considered SFG's half year financial statements and the disclaimer of audit opinion included in the auditor's report. As a result, SFG's securities will continue to be suspended from quotation in accordance with Listing Rule 17.3 until ASX is satisfied that SFG is in compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 12.2, and that it is otherwise appropriate for SFG's securities to be reinstated to quotation.
