Activeport Group Ltd (ASX: ATV) ('Activeport' or 'the Company') has announced that Submer Technologies, S.L. (Submer) has acquired Activeport's GPU software partner, Radian Arc Limited (Radian Arc). The transaction is expected to accelerate Radian Arc's cloud gaming growth, powered by Activeport's GPU software. Activeport retains a strategic equity stake in the combined business valued at over $1M, and its long-term partnership continues, with its GPU orchestration and streaming software powering Radian Arc's cloud gaming platform. The acquisition combines Submer's high-density AI datacentre technology with Radian Arc's distributed GPU edge computing platform to create an integrated, full-stack AI infrastructure platform. Activeport and Radian Arc have collaborated for several years to enable telecommunications operators to deploy GPU-based infrastructure for cloud gaming, generating tangible commercial outcomes which are expected to continue under the new ownership. The strengthened ecosystem is expected to generate additional commercial opportunities for Activeport's software platform as Submer and Radian Arc expand their AI and GPU infrastructure footprint worldwide.
