Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) has requested a trading halt on its fully paid ordinary shares, effective from the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. The trading halt has been requested to assist Spacetalk in managing its disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market, in connection with a material capital raising via a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday, 27 March 2026, or the release of an announcement to the ASX concerning the outcome of the capital raising. Spacetalk anticipates the trading halt will cease upon the earlier of a release of an announcement by the Company on the capital raising or on commencement of normal trading on Friday, 27 March 2026. Spacetalk is not aware of any other reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
