Pro Medicus signs 5-year, A$37M contract renewal with Northwestern
- 5-year contract renewal for Visage 7 Viewer
- Transaction-based renewal with potential upside
- Renewal includes increased minimums and fee per transaction
Pro Medicus Limited has announced that its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., has signed a 5-year contract renewal with Northwestern Medicine (NM), a premier academic health system based in Chicago. The A$37 million contract renewal is for the Visage 7 Viewer. The renewal is a transaction-based contract with potential upside, and includes increased minimums and an increased fee per transaction, reflecting the growth in NM's exam volumes since standardizing on the Visage platform five years ago. Pro Medicus CEO Dr. Sam Hupert commented that the company is extremely pleased with the renewal, which underpins the belief that the Visage solution provides unparalleled return on investment from both a financial and clinical perspective. This contract renewal is the latest in a string of nearly A$80 million in renewals secured by Pro Medicus in the last month, maintaining the company's track record of client retention.
