NT Minerals to Acquire Slipstream Paynes Find
- Proposed acquisition of 100% of Slipstream Paynes Find Pty Ltd
- Slipstream holds the Endeavour Project in the Murchison region of WA
- Acquisition key to satisfying conditions for reinstatement to ASX trading
NT Minerals Limited (NTM) has announced the proposed acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Slipstream Paynes Find Pty Ltd (Slipstream) from the shareholders of Slipstream. Slipstream holds the Endeavour Project comprising a package of tenements in the Murchison region of Western Australia. The proposed acquisition is a key component of the Company's plan to satisfy the conditions to reinstatement of its securities to official quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The consideration payable by NTM comprises A$25,000 in cash, A$300,000 worth of NTM shares at settlement, and subject to shareholder approval, a further A$300,000 worth of shares and performance rights tied to JORC resource milestones. The Endeavour Project is located approximately 420 km north of Perth and 20 km west of Paynes Find, comprising eight granted Exploration Licences and two granted Prospecting Licences. Historical exploration has been sporadic, with the immediate focus for NTM being an area of gold anomalism identified along a NE trending shear zone. NTM intends to undertake a reconnaissance RC drill program to confirm previous shallow RAB/AC drilling. In addition to the Slipstream acquisition, NTM has provided updates on its corporate activities, including a planned non-renounceable entitlement offer and a consolidation of capital, as well as operational updates on its existing projects.
Following completion of the Slipstream acquisition, NTM intends to undertake a reconnaissance RC drill program to confirm previous shallow RAB/AC drilling on the Endeavour Project. The Company will also continue to review historical geological and geophysical data across its existing projects, with field-based exploration activities scheduled for the June quarter of 2026.
