Ora Banda Mining Ltd (ASX: OBM) has reported its activities for the March 2026 quarter, with record gold production, record cashflow and a significant increase in the Round Dam Mineral Resource all standout achievements during the period. The company produced 38,766oz of gold, a 21% increase on the prior quarter, with 38,637oz of gold sold. This generated $76.3 million in free cash flow, lifting the company's closing cash position to $231.7 million after investing $52.5 million on capital projects, resource development and exploration. All-in sustaining costs for the quarter were $3,612/oz sold, primarily due to increased third-party processing volumes. The company continues to advance studies towards building a new standalone 3mtpa processing plant, with a decision expected in the June 2026 quarter. Exploration activities delivered outstanding results, including a tenfold increase in the Round Dam Mineral Resource to 1.3Moz, a 57% increase in the company's total global resource position to 3.3Moz, and new discoveries at the Little Gem and Golden Pole prospects. The company has budgeted $73 million for exploration in FY26, with further resource updates planned for mid-2026.
