NRW Holdings Limited (ASX:NWH) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Fredon has secured a number of electrical and mechanical contracts with a combined value of circa $160 million. These contracts include an electrical package of works on a major Commonwealth of Australia infrastructure project located in Northern Australia, valued at approximately $110 million with completion planned for mid-2028. Fredon has also secured a $23 million Design and Construct Contract for the Electrical Services in the Festival Towers Project by Built in South Australia, as well as an 80% owned joint venture contract worth $24 million for the mechanical works on the Mt Barker Hospital Project, also in South Australia. Additionally, Fredon has secured a $5 million Design and Construct package for electric bus charging infrastructure at a Bus Depot in South Australia, and a Design and Construct contract for electrical systems associated with charging infrastructure installation at the Oakleigh Bus Depot in Victoria. The award of these contracts across the health and infrastructure sectors reinforces Fredon's ability to deliver complex projects and services across diverse industries and geographies.
NRW's CEO Jules Pemberton expressed excitement over the growth opportunities being harnessed by Fredon since its acquisition, particularly in sectors where demand for specialized electrical capability has increased, such as infrastructure and renewables.
