ASX has released a market announcement providing details on long-term suspended entities. The announcement lists the name and ASX code of each entity that has been suspended for more than 3 months, the periodic reports they have failed to lodge, and the deadlines for them to lodge the outstanding reports (1 year deadline) and execute their plans to resume trading (2 year deadline), to ASX's satisfaction. If an entity does not meet these deadlines, it will be removed from the official list. The announcement also notes that ASX may grant short extensions to the deadline dates in limited circumstances, and that reinstatement of securities is not automatic, even if the suspension was at the entity's request. ASX reminds long-term suspended entities to engage with their Listings Adviser about their plans to seek reinstatement.
