Nuix Completes Linkurious Acquisition, Updates FY26 ACV Guidance
- Nuix acquires Linkurious, a graph data visualization technology company
- Acquisition expands Nuix's innovation roadmap and growth opportunities
- Updated FY26 ACV guidance range of $252 million to $272 million
Nuix Limited has completed the acquisition of Linkurious SAS, a Paris-based company that provides technology for visually exploring and investigating graph data. The acquisition, which was first announced on 4 December 2025, has now received the necessary Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) approval in France and has reached financial close. The upfront cash payment for the acquisition is approximately A$27 million, funded by A$20 million in debt and the balance from Nuix's existing cash reserves. The remaining A$30 million of Nuix's upsized debt facilities remains largely undrawn. The acquisition of Linkurious, an existing Nuix Neo technology partner, is expected to enhance Nuix's innovation roadmap through the incorporation of powerful and intuitive graph technology and data visualization capabilities. Combining the Nuix and Linkurious teams is also expected to create growth opportunities through sales and distribution scale, knowledge graph and workflow expertise, and new Nuix Neo use cases. Incorporating the Annualized Contract Value (ACV) associated with Linkurious, Nuix now expects its full-year FY26 ACV to be in the range of $252 million to $272 million, up from the prior range guided to at the 1H26 results. Nuix also takes this opportunity to reiterate its core FY26 strategic objectives, which include continuing to deliver on its business transformation strategy, driving ACV growth through Nuix Neo, achieving revenue growth in excess of operating cost growth, and delivering underlying cash flow positivity for the full year.
Nuix expects its full-year FY26 Annualized Contract Value (ACV) to be in the range of $252 million to $272 million, incorporating the ACV associated with the Linkurious acquisition.
