This payment represents the balance of license fees and follows the deployment of an additional 500 3DICOM MD® licences, fulfilling contractual rollout obligations and further expanding the scale and reach across the PNS network. PNS is a U.S.-based healthcare services organisation that manages care for approximately 4.2 million covered lives across its provider network, with a focus on delivering cost efficiencies and improved patient outcomes. The commercial implementation of the 3DICOM MD® platform within PNS and its network continues to progress positively, with increasing deployment and utilisation of Singular Health's 3D medical imaging platform within clinical workflows. Continued observations indicate the platform is delivering meaningful cost efficiencies, particularly through reducing duplicate imaging and improving access to patient data across providers. Given the ongoing success, Singular Health and PNS have commenced discussions regarding the renewal and expansion of the agreement beyond this initial term.
