Resolute Mining Ltd has reported its Q1 2026 results, with the company achieving strong operating performance. During the quarter, the company poured 59,603 oz of gold, with the Syama operation in Mali producing 43,802 oz across both sulphide and oxide operations, and the Mako operation in Senegal producing 15,801 oz. The company's operations performed in line with expectations, with the Syama Sulphide Conversion Project (SSCP) progressing as planned. The SSCP's flotation circuit was completed and is due for commissioning in Q2 2026, with the full Stage 2 commissioning expected in Q3 2026. The company's Doropo project in Côte d'Ivoire also made significant progress, with the mining permit received, final investment decision approved, and early construction and procurement works commenced. Resolute's exploration activities continued across its portfolio, including the ABC Project in Côte d'Ivoire, the La Debo project in Côte d'Ivoire, and activities in Guinea. The company remains on track to meet its full-year 2026 production and cost guidance.
Resolute's production guidance for 2026 is 250,000-275,000 oz at an All-in Sustaining Cost (AISC) of $2,000-2,200/oz.
Resolute is targeting annual gold production of over 500,000 oz by the end of 2028, driven by the Doropo project and further growth from its existing exploration portfolio and optimisation of its Mali footprint.
