Volt Group Achieves Record Q1 FY26 Revenue

Volt Group Limited has reported a record Q1 FY26 Ordinary Revenue receipts of $3.0 million, up 150% from the prior year's Q1. This includes $1.26 million in revenue from the 4D Delta acquisition, which was completed on 6 January 2026. Excluding 4D Delta, Volt Group's Ordinary Revenue receipts for Q1 FY26 were $1.73 million, up approximately 45% year-over-year. The company's cash balance as of 31 March 2026 was $3.6 million. 4D Delta, which specializes in digital asset inspection and condition monitoring technology, achieved Q1 FY26 revenue in line with acquisition forecasts and continues to see robust demand from resource sector customers. EcoQuip, Volt Group's mobile solar lighting and communications tower business, signed an agreement with Westgold Resources to transition to an expanded deployment of its solutions at Westgold's mine operations, delivering significant cost savings and emission reductions compared to traditional diesel-powered lighting. Wescone, the owner of the proprietary Wescone W300 sample crusher, also had a strong quarter, benefiting from increased shutdown and maintenance activity by major resource sector customers. Volt Group is actively implementing an expanded sales capability transition to leverage its product development and commercialization success into accelerated revenue and earnings growth.
Volt Group Q1 FY26 Revenue and EBITDA forecasts are tracking in accordance with Total FY26 Revenue & EBITDA Guidance of $11.0 - $12.2 million and $4.1 million - $4.8 million, respectively.
The company is actively implementing an expanded sales capability transition to leverage its product development and commercialization success into accelerated revenue and earnings growth.
