Full Summary

Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) is pleased to provide its Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow Report for the period ending 31 March 2026, highlighting significant progress in developing graphene-based semiconductor interconnects and identifying a new graphene application for radar absorption. During the period, Adisyn's subsidiary 2D Generation successfully demonstrated the low-temperature deposition of an sp²-based carbon layer onto a metallic substrate using an Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) system, a key milestone in the company's graphene-based semiconductor interconnect development. This was independently verified by a professor from Tel Aviv University.Post-period, Adisyn achieved a breakthrough in depositing a continuous graphene layer on a 1cm² coupon using an industrial ALD system, operating well below the semiconductor industry's thermal ceiling of 450°C. This result positions the process within the operating window required by semiconductor fabrication facilities, a key barrier that has historically prevented graphene adoption.Adisyn also identified an exciting new application for its graphene technology in radar signature reduction for drones, UAVs, and defence applications. An initial proof-of-concept program demonstrated up to 20dB reduction in radar reflection, and the company is now progressing a targeted development program aimed at achieving approximately 30dB radar signature reduction.Post-period, Adisyn announced it had received firm commitments to raise A$14 million through an institutional placement, cornerstoned by leading Australian and Israeli institutional investors Regal Funds Management and Meitav. The funds will support the company's graphene technology development and commercialization efforts.

Outlook

Adisyn will now commence engagement with semiconductor industry participants to explore collaboration, validation and integration pathways for its graphene-based interconnect technology. The company will also progress its radar absorption development program, including an application for grant funding support from the Israeli Ministry of Defence.
