AML3D Reports Strong Quarterly Results, Expands US and European Footprint

AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) reported its Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 (3Q26). Key highlights include:- Customer receipts in 3Q26 were $2.2 million, maintaining the run rate from the 3 previous quarters, for a total of $6.9 million year to date, up 20% on the prior comparable period.- The company received a $9.9 million order for four ARCEMY systems from Newport News Shipbuilding, the largest US military shipbuilder, and a $2.6 million order for 5 US Navy submarine components.- AML3D is expanding its US facilities at Stow, Ohio to meet the significant additive manufacturing demand from the US Navy and other industrial sectors.- The company is expanding its US advocacy program to access more of the US Navy supply chain, with the appointment of a new US Defence advisor.- AML3D is also making progress in the UK and European defence markets, with an initial $1.2 million material feasibility program with BAE Systems UK and early-stage ARCEMY system sales negotiations.- In Australia, AML3D completed the commissioning of a $1 million ARCEMY enterprise system for Curtin University, aligning with the Australian government's $12 billion investment in an AUKUS Defence Precinct.
AML3D had total orders in hand of $29 million at 31 March 2026. The company is focused on expanding its US operations to ensure successful delivery of these existing orders, while creating additional capacity to accommodate expectations of continued and growing US AM component and ARCEMY system orders.
AML3D is seeing positive early-stage demand for its ARCEMY technology in Europe, with advanced negotiations underway for the deployment of an ARCEMY system into the UK defence sector. The company plans to leverage its successful US Scale Up playbook to rapidly build an ARCEMY system, AM component and alloy testing sales pipeline across key European defence markets.
