Babylon Pump & Power Ltd's (ASX: BPP) securities were previously suspended at the company's request pending the release of an announcement in relation to media speculation on a potential material transaction and capital raising. The voluntary suspension was initially granted until 27 April 2026. As of 27 April 2026, BPP is not in a position to release an announcement that will result in the reinstatement of its securities. Consequently, the securities of BPP will remain suspended from quotation in accordance with Listing Rule 17.3. The suspension will continue until ASX is satisfied that BPP is in compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 3.1, and that it is otherwise appropriate for BPP's securities to be reinstated to quotation.
