4DS Memory Ltd (ASX: 4DS) has requested a voluntary suspension of its securities on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), pending the announcement of a proposed recompliance transaction. The suspension has been granted by ASX under Listing Rule 17.2, and ASX has exercised its discretions under Listing Rules 11.1.2 and 11.1.3 to require the proposed recompliance transaction to be conditional on approval by 4DS' ordinary security holders and for 4DS to recomply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.
