Etherstack Plc Provides FY26 Trading Update
- Record H1 revenue expected, over 75% of FY25 full year revenue
- Revised FY26 guidance of US$17.2m - US$18.9m, representing ~70% growth year-on-year
- Strong forward order book underpinned by major public safety and defence projects
Etherstack Plc has provided a trading update for FY26, reporting that the company is continuing to develop and expand in line with management expectations, with significant progress being made on all major contracted projects. Management expects that revenue to the end of the half year (30 June 2026) will be a new record for Etherstack, and has provided revenue guidance of between US$7.6m and US$8.5m for the current half. This represents greater than 75% of last year's FY25 full year revenue (US$10.1m) in the first half of this year alone. The company has also revised its full-year guidance for FY26, providing a range of between US$17.2m - US$18.9m, which would represent ~70% growth year-on-year from FY25. This revised guidance is based on contracted projects, including recent wins contributing additional revenue into the next half year. The company notes that while it has rapidly increasing annual recurring revenues, the majority of its revenues still derive from project delivery revenues, which can be impacted by delays in major milestones. Etherstack CEO, David Deacon, stated that the company has a record forward order book underpinned by its major public safety and defence projects in the US, UK and Australia, with the next 5 years' revenues expected to be very strong on the back of these foundation deals.
