Weebit Nano Ltd (ASX: WBT, Weebit or Company) has announced that it has decided to extend the closing date of its current Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to 5.00pm AEST on Friday, 8 May 2026. The extension provides eligible shareholders with additional time to participate in the SPP. The SPP provides each eligible shareholder with the opportunity to apply for up to A$30,000 worth of new ordinary shares in WBT at the same issue price as the placement announced on 26 March 2026 (being A$4.05). The revised indicative timetable of key dates includes the Record Date for SPP on 7.00pm on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, the SPP Opening Date on Tuesday, 7 April 2026, the SPP Closing Date on 5.00pm on Friday, 8 May 2026, the Announcement of results of SPP on Thursday, 14 May 2026, the New Shares issued under SPP on Friday, 15 May 2026, and the Normal trading of New Shares issued under SPP on Friday, 15 May 2026.
