Key highlights include cash and receivables of $149.8 million, up from $106.4 million in the previous quarter, and strong cash flow from operations of $75.8 million for the quarter, up 72%. Group copper equivalent production was 10.4kt at AISC of A$4.86/lb Cu eq. Aeris also announced the acquisition of Peel Mining's South Cobar Copper Project, which will create a long-life regional mining hub with significant copper resources. The transaction is expected to be completed in early July 2026. Exploration activities continued to advance, with drilling programs underway at the Avoca Tank, Budgerygar, and South Wing deposits near the Tritton operations, as well as the Golden Plateau deposit near Cracow.
FY26 copper production guidance of 24-29kt, gold production guidance of 44-56koz, and AISC guidance of A$4.57/lb Cu eq.
Aeris is focused on advancing the Constellation Project to support the Tritton life of mine, with early works construction to commence in Q4 FY26. The company also plans to complete feasibility study updates for the Stockman Project in early FY27.
