SIV Capital Ltd has released its quarterly cash flow report for Q3 FY26. The report shows that net cash from operating activities was negative, totaling $86k in the quarter and $311k for the nine months to 31 March 2026. The company had funds and interest-bearing deposits on hand totaling $7.866m at the end of the quarter. Payments to related parties of the entity and their associates, as disclosed in item 6.1 of the Appendix 4C, relate to the payment of directors' fees. The report also notes that negotiations which were previously referenced in the Chairman's Address tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 21 October 2025 are still proceeding, although they have been protracted, although they remain positive. An application has been lodged with ASX seeking to re-list SIV securities, but this is the first step in a process that will take several months. As previously advised to the market, SIV Capital Limited securities were suspended from quotation on 18 December 2024, with ASX determining at that time that SIV's operations were not adequate to warrant continued quotation of its securities and therefore the Company was in breach of Listing Rule 12.1. The company will continue to release periodic disclosure to ensure the market is fully informed under Listing Rule 3.1-3.1B.
