Legacy Minerals' March 2026 quarterly activities report outlines significant progress at the company's flagship Mt Carrington project in New South Wales. The key highlights include a new gold discovery at the Mascotte Prospect, where the first diamond drill hole returned 40m at 1.0g/t Au, including 9m at 2.7g/t Au and 1m at 5.6g/t Au. This mineralization sits outside the existing Mineral Resource Estimate, with the new zone remaining open at depth, to surface, and along strike. Additionally, the drilling program at the Battery Prospect intercepted wide zones of copper mineralization, with a best assay of 52m at 0.15% Cu. These results confirm the prospectivity for a large-scale copper deposit at Battery. In parallel with the exploration activities, Legacy Minerals is finalizing a Scoping Study for the Mt Carrington development, which is expected to be completed in early May 2026. The company also secured additional funding of $4 million through an underwriting agreement, resulting in a cash balance of $8.4 million at the end of the quarter.

Legacy Minerals is planning a 4,000m diamond drilling program at the Mascotte Prospect in early Q1 2026, targeting the historical high-grade silver results and new structural and geochemical targets. The company is also advancing approvals and site preparation for the next regional target areas, including Mt Carrington, White Rock, and Emu Prospects.
