Navigator Global Investments Limited ('NGI' or 'Navigator') has advised that the retail offer booklet ('Retail Offer Booklet') along with personalized entitlement and acceptance forms for the retail component of the fully underwritten 1 for 8.13 accelerated pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer ('Retail Entitlement Offer') of new fully paid ordinary shares in NGI ('New Shares') have now been made available to shareholders who are eligible to participate in the Retail Entitlement Offer, as defined in section 1 of the Retail Offer Booklet ('Eligible Retail Shareholders'). Shareholders who are not Eligible Retail Shareholders are not eligible to participate in the Retail Entitlement Offer ('Ineligible Retail Shareholders'). Navigator will today dispatch letters to eligible and ineligible retail shareholders in relation to the Retail Entitlement Offer. The Retail Entitlement Offer opens today, Monday, 11 May 2026 and is expected to close at 5.00 pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.
