Biome Australia Limited (ASX: BIO) has announced that it has executed a two-year extension to its existing exclusive supply agreement with Probiotical SpA. Probiotical has been a strain partner of Biome since the Company was incorporated in 2018. The previous exclusive supply agreement was due to expire in June 2026, but the executed extension takes the agreement through 2028 on the existing commercial terms. The extension provides Biome and Probiotical with the runway to continue executing on existing arrangements as Biome scales its international footprint across Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand. Probiotical has been one of Biome's most important strategic partners since the Company was founded, and the two businesses share a long-standing working relationship. Biome and Probiotical intend to continue developing the partnership in step with Biome's growth profile. In parallel, Biome's Australian manufacturing onshoring program, a Biome-led initiative, continues to progress and is well underway. The Company will provide a further update on Australian manufacturing within calendar 2026.
