Full Summary

Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) is pleased to provide a progress update on the Expansion Project at its 100% owned Butcherbird Manganese Mine in Western Australia. The Company is in the process of expanding the Project to a nominal 1.1Mtpa manganese concentrate production, based on an updated January 2025 Feasibility Study and an updated Ore Reserve of 101.4Mt at 10.4% Mn. The planned increased production will supply customers in the established ferroalloys (steel) market as well as securing long term feedstock for its proposed high purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM) facility in Louisiana, USA. Element 25 has advanced several critical aspects of the Butcherbird Expansion Project, including procurement, key commercial contracts, permitting, and schedule. Procurement highlights include the first main plant item, the logwasher, being shipped on schedule, orders placed for the majority of main plant items, and preferred vendors identified for the balance of main plant items. Key commercial contracts are progressing, with advanced discussions ongoing with preferred ore offtake partners and mining services, haulage and site services contracts nearing completion. All permits remain in place for construction, and the project remains on track for mechanical completion and commissioning in Q1 calendar 2027.

Guidance

The Company is targeting manganese concentrate production of 1.1 million tonnes per annum with a commissioning date scheduled for Q1 2027.

Outlook

The Company continues to monitor global uncertainty, including ongoing geopolitical tensions, and has applied mitigation measures to support business resilience and timely project delivery.
