The Underwriter will subscribe for new shares equivalent to the number of exercised options, raising approximately $2.5 million. The Company expects to issue a total of 42,017,242 shares by 22 May 2026. The Underwriter has sub-underwriting arrangements with various investors and can nominate or allocate the exercise of options.
