The Underwriter will subscribe for new shares equivalent to the number of exercised options, raising approximately $2.5 million. The Company expects to issue a total of 42,017,242 shares by 22 May 2026. The Underwriter has sub-underwriting arrangements with various investors and can nominate or allocate the exercise of options. The Underwriting Agreement includes specific termination events, such as changes in directors, alterations in share capital, material defaults, non-compliance with laws, market falls, or hostilities.
