Tanami Gold NL (ASX: TAM) has confirmed the dispatch of the Offer Booklet to eligible shareholders, initiating a pro rata renounceable rights issue to raise approximately $70.5 million before costs. The Offer Booklet, along with the personalized Entitlement and Acceptance Form, is available for eligible shareholders who hold shares as at the record date of 13 May 2026, with registered addresses in specified jurisdictions. The rights issue offers one new fully paid ordinary share for every one share held at an issue price of $0.06 per new share. The offer is fully underwritten by Bell Potter Securities Limited, with Bell Potter and Evolution Capital Pty Ltd acting as joint lead managers. Eligible shareholders can participate in the Entitlement Offer until 27 May 2026. The offer is renounceable, allowing eligible shareholders to sell their entitlements on the ASX.
