Infratil reports 11% earnings growth and strong outlook

Infratil Ltd announced an 11% increase in earnings for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, driven by investments in its Australasian data centre business CDC and United States renewable energy business Longroad Energy. Proportionate operational EBITDAF increased 11% to NZ$989 million, while total asset value rose 13% to NZ$20.6 billion. The company confirmed a strong growth outlook as both businesses convert investment into future revenue growth. Infratil also announced a final dividend of 13.65 cents per share, bringing the total FY26 dividend to 20.9 cents per share.
Proportionate operational EBITDAF for FY27 expected to increase 21% to NZ$1,114 million
